Nowadays the procedure of  BAS registration doesn’t realize in Ukraine in connection with absence of clear organizational and law mechanism. Instead of this the decision of a comission  of experts of sanitary-and-hygienic examination takes place. According to the new changes and add-ins to the Law of Ukraine “About safety of food products” this examination at present has the name of sanitary-and-epidemiological. If one manufacturer or importer wants to produce or import BAS in Ukraine, he should represent the samples, technical conditions, discriptions,  annotations to one of the medical establishments which are authorized to give sanitary-and-hygienic conclusions. In fact these samples are examined on the subject of safety for people’s health. One can say about the effectiveness of such production concerning any processes in human’s organism only after clinical tests.
